Your Robin and Thorn orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours of being processed. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail.
We currently only ship orders to addresses in the UK.
Due to the consumable nature of some products, we do not accept returns on used items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it if you wish to return an unused item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange unless an item is faulty. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so posting with a trackable method is advised.
Please note: If your return drops you below the free shipping threshold on your original order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
Exchanges are possible in the form of store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to arrange to return your item for store credit.
If in the unusual circumstance that an item is faulty, please inform us and we will organise a refund or exchange as soon as possible.
